About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic building services engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative building services solutions that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in mechanical or building services engineering and a keen interest in sustainable design and energy efficiency. You will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement building services designs for a wide range of projects, including residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external clients to identify and address their building services needs.
  • Assist senior consultants in project design and assessments, developing your technical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help grow our client base.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical or building services engineering (or related field).
  • Passion for sustainable design, energy efficiency, and low-carbon technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of industry software and systems, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
