Regulatory Affairs Engineer: We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Engineer to join our team at Premier Engineering. The successful candidate will have expertise in regulatory affairs and compliance within the engineering and manufacturing sector.

About the Role: As a Regulatory Affairs Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical products meet the relevant regulations and governing bodies. This includes working closely with the Design and Manufacturing teams to ensure that products comply with standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess electrical product compliance and reliability for relevant regulations and governing bodies.
  2. Lead compliance and regulatory activities to improve product and process reliability.
  3. Work with other teams to meet CE regulations.
  4. Assist in auditing processes for the facility.
Requirements:
  • Qualified in Engineering (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) OR qualified by experience.
  • Experience in a similar Quality, Compliance, Certification, Reliability or similar role.
  • Industry experience within Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Previous experience working with industrial electrical products.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exposure to various governing bodies and regulations.
  • Capable of leading compliance and reliability activities.
  • Previous experience with ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949 or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to develop with the company long term.
