Deputy Headteacher

Bilton School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to lead Behaviour and Attitudes across the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, calm, orderly, and respectful school environment that positively impacts students' behaviour and attitudes.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, be able to innovate and inspire, and be passionate about promoting positive behaviour and deliberately focused on strategies which enable and enhance behaviour and attitudes with the student body.
The Deputy Headteacher will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic vision, leadership, and direction for the school, focusing on improving students' progress and outcomes, enhancing students' behaviour and attitudes, and promoting a positive school culture.
The successful candidate will also play a role in the monitoring and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan, take appropriate actions to ensure the school's goals are achieved, and maintain a high-profile presence for staff and students.
Bilton School is an ethnically mixed 11-18 comprehensive with approximately 1120 students on roll. We are part of Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust, led by Southam College (an Ofsted Outstanding school).
