We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Edinburgh Hotel, located in the heart of the historic Royal Mile.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the food and beverage department. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating memorable moments for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
