**Job Title:** Food and Beverage Team Member

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Novotel Edinburgh Centre. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and organized food and beverage area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues
* Provide exceptional service to guests, taking food and drink orders, and delivering high-quality products in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Passion for customer service and hospitality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Fluency in English
* Previous experience in food and beverage service or a related field
