About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Work across various areas of the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, conference facilities, and room service.
  • Gain knowledge of our menus and food and alcohol standards.
  • Participate in a structured 12-week learning journey to develop your skills and confidence.
