Global Trading and Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Trading and Sales Director to join our team at Hilton Food Group. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global trading and sales strategies to drive growth in our protein categories.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to deliver sales growth and optimal market performance globally.
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers across different regions to create enduring partnerships and ensure positive category development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account development and customer needs globally.
- Develop and execute new product development projects internally and with customers/suppliers globally.
- Provide regular analytics and reporting to monitor product and market performance globally.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in commercial management, including customer and supplier relationship management globally.
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of successfully leading and developing new business globally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels globally.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to identify opportunities and potential risks globally.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of imported chilled and frozen global beef and lamb markets globally.
