Job Overview

Hilton Food Solutions seeks a seasoned Trade Sales Manager to spearhead the development and growth of sales performance within our protein categories on imported global chilled and frozen Beef & Lamb offerings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain enduring relationships with customers and suppliers to drive positive category development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement long-term strategic plans, delivering sales growth and optimal market performance.
  • Leverage industry trends and customer needs to inform new product development, ensuring timely innovation and alignment with consumer preferences.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to stay abreast of market performance metrics and customer trends, informing the Commercial strategy.
  • Support account development and fulfillment through collaboration with internal commercial teams.
  • Develop and manage effective new supply chains where required.
  • Oversight of new product development projects, both internally and with customers/suppliers.
  • Manage all aspects of account administration, including budgeting, forecasting, cost price confirmations, and internal system updates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Trade Sales Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer and supplier relationship management.
  • Solid track record of successfully leading and developing business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the food market.
