Main Responsibilities- Asset Management: Develop and implement a world-class asset management system to optimize maintenance operations and reduce downtime.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct RCA events to identify and resolve major issues affecting production, engineering, and quality.
- Capital Investment: Identify and implement capital investment opportunities to improve process efficiency and machine reliability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve high-performance targets.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production operations, suppliers, and internal departments to improve process efficiency and increase machine reliability.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Education: HNC level or higher in an engineering discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a FMCG environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of automation, mechanical and electrical fault finding, and LEAN techniques.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
