- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to supplier queries
- Assist with month-end preparation and run reports as required
- Support the sales ledger team with invoicing and expenses
- Reconcile cash, credit card, and direct debit transactions
- Previous experience in finance or administration
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
- Intermediate level of MS Office, Excel, and accounting system skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
