Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and process invoices from multiple locations
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to supplier queries
  • Assist with month-end preparation and run reports as required
  • Support the sales ledger team with invoicing and expenses
  • Reconcile cash, credit card, and direct debit transactions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in finance or administration
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
  • Intermediate level of MS Office, Excel, and accounting system skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
