About The Role

As a Senior Support Worker at Warrington Road, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement person-centered support plans, promoting health, wellbeing, and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed support plans that promote health, wellbeing, and relationships.
  • Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy and new experiences.
  • Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews.
  • Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies are followed.
