Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is available for a registered nurse looking to transition into a functional assessor role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and producing high-quality reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).

Key Responsibilities

You will conduct face-to-face and telephone/video assessments to evaluate an individual's disabilities or conditions and their impact on their work life. You will use your clinical expertise to gather information, conduct physical examinations, and create detailed reports.

Please note that part-time candidates must commit to working at least three days per week.

Requirements and Benefits
  • NMC Level 1 Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the past 5 years.
  • Competitive salary: £37,500 - £43,000 + £2,000 after one year, plus ongoing bonus of up to 10% once approved and eligible.
