We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges, develop coping skills, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and development, helping them build resilience and confidence.
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions, focusing on building students' emotional well-being and social skills.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Experience working with young people or adults with SEMH needs, not necessarily in an educational setting.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience, with a passion for supporting students' well-being and development.
- Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or related fields (desirable but not essential).
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
