Job Title:

Commercial Loss Adjuster

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our team at Insure Recruit. As a Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of commercial and domestic losses up to £100k.

You will work autonomously, but your line manager will maintain regular contact with you to discuss service delivery and provide guidance and mentoring in relation to more complex and challenging claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding levels of customer service
  • Manage commercial claims effectively
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers
  • Work as part of a team and independently
  • Prioritise workload on a daily basis
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience of dealing with commercial claims
  • Ideal candidate will have or be committed to progressing with ACII and ACILA qualifications
  • Superb communication skills
  • IT proficiency
  • Able to build good relationships with clients
  • Conscientious, hard-working to achieve and exceed required results
  • Flexible and adaptable during times of surge

Salary and Location:

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 per year, reflecting the expertise required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position based on the road, with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
