We are seeking a skilled Workshop Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Equals One Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mobility equipment, conducting regular maintenance and servicing, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mobility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, implementing adjustments and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Process all associated paperwork accurately on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing explanations of services and options available.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, preferably in a workshop environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
