Job Opportunity: Project Specialist - Connected Car

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project and Stakeholder Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a Project Specialist - Connected Car, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Customer Experience innovation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify customer needs to drive product development initiatives that meet customer and market needs effectively.
  • Strategy Development: Create and launch new strategies and approaches to achieving the activation target across the business, including Fleet.
  • In-Flight Activities: Take ownership of in-flight activities to further increase conversion.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Participate in UAT to ensure all new Connected Services in the App are fully tested and working before launching those services to customers.
  • Network Support: Support and educate the network (dealers and fleet owners) on how to increase adoption of connected services by customers.
  • Content Management: Develop and maintain up-to-date training around Connected Services, including source information hub content management.
  • Reporting: Support with regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on Connected Services.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a logical mindset, and expertise in 'go to market' strategies. You should have strong Excel skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, and familiarity with Monday.com and Power BI.
