About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project and Stakeholder Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating and launching new strategies and approaches to achieving business targets, and supporting the network with Connected Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and launch new strategies and approaches to achieving business targets across the organization, including Fleet.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all new Connected Services in the App are fully tested and working before launching those services to customers.
- Support and educate the network (dealers and fleet owners) on how to increase adoption of connected services by customers.
- Develop and manage Source information hub content to support the network with all Connected Services topics.
- Develop new assets in partnership with our Training department.
- Support regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on Connected Services (e.g. activation rates, pilot results).
Requirements:
- Experience in Project and Stakeholder Management.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical mindset.
- Ability to question and challenge current practices.
- Expertise in 'go to market' strategies.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI is an added advantage.
