**Project Manager - Connected Car**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving innovation, and managing projects from concept development to rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and drive product development initiatives.
  • Create and launch new strategies to achieve business objectives, including fleet management.
  • Take ownership of in-flight activities to increase conversion rates.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new connected services are fully tested and working before launch.
  • Support and educate the network on how to increase adoption of connected services.
  • Develop and maintain source information hub content management to support the network with connected services topics.
  • Review and maintain up-to-date training on connected services, developing new assets in partnership with our Training department.
  • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on connected services.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in 'go to market' strategies and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
