Callout Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Callout Supervisor to join our team at KONE PLC. As a Callout Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our emergency response services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and prioritize jobs effectively.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, such as Dispatch Planning or Emergency Services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £48,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
