Salary: £34,590 per annum, equivalent to approximately 5,813 pounds sterling monthly before tax, or around 2,640 pounds net take-home pay, based on a 20% income tax bracket and 12% national insurance contributions.

About the Role

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to service users, assessing their needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues
  • Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes and maintaining accurate records of care provided
