About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Hawkstone, a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviors that may challenge. Your primary focus will be on providing person-centered care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
