We are looking for a talented Dispatch Planning Specialist - Weekends to join our team at KONE PLC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating our callout service on weekends, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinating the dispatch of technicians and engineers to customer sites* Ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented* Liaising with clients to confirm job details and provide updates* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business* Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement* Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency*

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in dispatch planning or a related field* Strong organizational and time management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite* Experience with workflow management tools is an asset*

**Benefits:**
