**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Develop and maintain schemes of work that align with curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the department's music programs.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
- Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level, ideally with KS3 and KS4 experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
