About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our healthcare services, ensuring seamless customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first point of contact for clients, carers, and GPs, identifying urgent calls and prioritizing responses.
  • Deal with enquiries, which may be of a distressing nature, requiring sensitive handling.
  • Take and process a high volume of self-referrals over the telephone.
  • Contact service users to arrange assessment and treatment appointments on behalf of the Therapists.
  • Support the clinical lead in monitoring and reporting on caseload activity.
  • Support the clinical lead by producing reports/documents from different software applications.
  • Plan and prioritize work, ensuring targets are achieved and monitored.
  • Initiate and respond to correspondence/e mail.
  • Obtain, organize, and monitor supplies in line with Trust policy.
  • Arrange and prepare for meetings, including minute taking.
  • Preparation/completion of routine documents, including letters, reports, presentations, and forms.
