About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HealthHarmonie. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our medical professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and distribute stock and equipment for the clinic
  2. Set up examination rooms for clinicians
  3. Act as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
  4. Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation

About You:

  • Must have a valid driving license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
