Job Title: Healthcare Assistant HCA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Healthcare Assistant with recent experience to join our team of healthcare professionals and specialists. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide constant monitoring and care for patients, working flexible shifts in hospitals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide constant monitoring and care for patients
  • Promote the well-being of the service user and uphold the trust requirements
  • Duties as requested by the nurse

Requirements:

  • 6 months recent relevant UK experience
  • You will need to pass an enhanced background check

About the Role:

As a Band 2 Healthcare Assistant, you will work alongside a friendly and welcoming team of dedicated professionals, utilising your skills and knowledge to provide emergency treatment and ongoing medical care of the highest calibre to patients. You will be responsible for supporting care plans, performing assessments, and making referrals, continuously challenging you to develop and consolidate your skills.
