We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- A thorough understanding of anatomy and a passion for helping others in a clinical setting.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their wellbeing.
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
