Community Development Officer

We are seeking a Community Development Officer to support our client, a leading affordable housing association managing 32,000 homes across diverse communities in the North East of England and Yorkshire.
In this role, you will manage allocations to help individuals and families find suitable housing. You will also support customer engagement to foster vibrant and cohesive communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in estate inspections, property management, and allocations. Knowledge of housing policies and procedures is desirable but not essential.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community. Our client is committed to providing affordable and quality housing. The estimated salary for this position is £28,500 per annum.
