About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Adult Eating Disorders Service across West Yorkshire.



Job Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and embedding the occupational therapy pathway across 5 geographical areas, working closely with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service to individuals with eating disorders.


This is a permanent full-time position that requires a strong background in occupational therapy and experience of working with individuals with eating disorders.



Main Duties



  • Develop and implement occupational therapy pathways for individuals with eating disorders
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service to individuals with eating disorders
  • Support the Clinical Team Manager and wider MDT to complete a service evaluation

Requirements


To be considered for this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working in eating disorders
  • Leadership experience and ability to develop and implement occupational therapy pathways


Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is £44,590 - £58,445 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career development and training.
