We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support and Inclusion Assistant to join our Additional Learning Support Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with learning difficulties/disabilities to achieve their best possible outcomes.

About the Role

">

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans. You will provide one-to-one support to students as needed, using your expertise in supporting students with SEND, ALS, and EHCPs. Your goal will be to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Your Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience supporting students in an educational setting and knowledge of SEND, ALS, and EHCPs. You should also be willing to work towards an adult learner support or equivalent qualification. Holding or working towards your Maths and English L2/C grade is also required.
