We are seeking an Inclusive Childcare Support Specialist to join our team at Kilton Childcare in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

**Job Summary**

As an Inclusive Childcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Providing creative learning opportunities for children*

* Supporting the Nursery Management team in delivering high-quality care following policies and procedures*

* Building positive relationships with colleagues and parents*

**Requirements**

* Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an early years setting*

* Friendly, flexible approach with a willingness to undertake training leading to or working towards a recognised childcare qualification*

* Ability to work as part of a team and promote an inclusive environment*

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum*, dependent on experience*

* 16 hours per week, 52 weeks per year*
