About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our fiber optic construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

This position requires a deep understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will also have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory roles.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development are also offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Lead efforts to resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Support Construction Managers in planning and executing work activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management or supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, especially in construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to innovate in the fiber optic construction industry.
