Job Description

As a Customer Service Business Partner at Double Glazing Blogger, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing customer experience.

This position is based at our Leeds site, but we may consider opening it up to Wakefield or Liverpool for the right candidate. You will work closely with the Marketing and Customer Services teams to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

The Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Assist the marketing team by following up on campaign leads, converting them into sales through proactive phone calls, and leveraging customer feedback to propel business growth.
  2. Customer Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on maximising account spend, achieving stretch targets, and boosting overall business performance.
  3. Quotations & CRM Management: Respond to online quotation requests using our CRM system, generate quotes, and follow up proactively via telephone.
  4. Proactive Communication: Maintain a high level of outbound contact and build positive relationships with clients and prospects daily.

We're seeking a dynamic individual who possesses exceptional communication skills, confidence in making outbound calls, and strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A full-time, office-based role, working from one of our three locations. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
