In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own training practice, helping companies improve their sales and negotiation performance. As a partner in our consultant network, you will enjoy the freedom to build a business of your own, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you while generating a sustainable income stream.
Responsibilities may include conducting assessments, leading workshops and trainings, developing customized solutions, and providing ongoing support to clients. You will also be responsible for finding new customers, leveraging existing customer relationships, and training and coaching sales teams. Your discussion partners will be commercial directors and management teams with whom you will work on change processes, driving meaningful outcomes and satisfaction from training and coaching.
We are looking for sales leaders with high personal ambitions and management experience, who are considering creating their own economy as an independent consultant and partner. Ideal candidates are interested in continuous learning and development, and hold a bachelor's degree.
