Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately diagnose and provide recommendations for vision correction and eye health
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent patient care and efficient practice operations

We are looking for a fully qualified Optometrist who is able to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive working culture. You should be committed to professional development and continuous learning.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience), plus a performance-based bonus (approximately £100 per month, based on sight tests). Other benefits include:

  • 5 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays and additional incremental days with long-term service
  • CET courses and professional development opportunities
  • Company sick pay (1 week full pay, additional incremental days with long-term service)
Working Hours

This is a full-time position requiring a 5-day week, Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an additional Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
