Leaders in Care, a reputable provider of secure transportation solutions, is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join their team based in Birmingham. This role comes with an hourly rate of 15.50 per hour plus 2 enhancements for nights and weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures. They will also safeguard the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public, while promoting equality, diversity, and rights.

This role offers a competitive package including:
