Flix Interactive is an ambitious studio looking for an Artistic Visionary to join our team and help create cutting-edge visuals for our next AAA game title.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a deep understanding of art's impact on players' immersion, as well as expertise in art software and game engines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the artistic vision for the game, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality visual style
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the art assets are optimized for performance and meet technical requirements
  • Working closely with game designers, producers, and other departments to ensure the art direction aligns with the overall game design and narrative

We offer a comprehensive package, including a competitive salary of around £75,000 per annum, based just outside Birmingham, and additional time off over the Christmas period on top of standard holidays.
