We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN) within the University of Oxford. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department's finances.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in high-level financial management and administration, with excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities. They will be responsible for leading the finance team, including recruitment, performance management, task distribution, and continuous improvement.
You will also be responsible for providing accurate financial information to senior management, budget holders, and stakeholders. The post requires a high level of leadership, management, organisational, and interpersonal skills to support the development of the team while ensuring workloads are managed and prioritised effectively.
