Oxford Impact Programme Manager

The University of Oxford's SDG Impact Lab is a pioneering initiative that empowers graduate students to collaborate with external partners in delivering the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. To facilitate this mission, we seek an organised and experienced programme manager to oversee the lab's growth and development.
This role involves supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Programme Managers in programme delivery, including communications, event organisation, and line management of a lab administrator. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the planning and delivery of events, such as programme launches, Masterclass Seminar series, and Lab Showcase events.
- Developing and managing the lab's communications strategy.
- Identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders and audiences in the environmental and social impact sector.
- Collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer to manage programme timelines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, experience in programme management, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. This part-time role (0.8 FTE) is fixed-term until 31 October 2025.
