Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Participate in the handover process, ensuring continuity of care and accurate feedback to registered practitioners.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers, using all methods of communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, adhering to trust documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Current UK professional registration
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, prioritising teamwork and effective communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
