About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Young’s Crown in Chertsey. As a bar staff member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide excellent knowledge of our Premium range of food and drinks.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Young’s Crown is a stunning pub located in the heart of Chertsey, offering 49 bedrooms and areas to celebrate special occasions. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
