Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team at The Crown in Chertsey. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our pub, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with our products and services.
  • Enjoy staff discounts throughout all Young's pubs, and take advantage of our career pathway to progress your career in hospitality.
