Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team at The Crown in Chertsey. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the overall success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our Premium range of food and drinks, and make recommendations to guests
  • Meet and greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
