Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team at The Crown in Chertsey. As a Bar Staff member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently behind the bar, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience
  • Work efficiently behind the bar, managing cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Enjoy staff discounts throughout all Young's pubs and hotels
