Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to their valued customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day requirements and ensuring effective communication with customers. Your dedication and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience will contribute to the success of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  2. Take ownership of customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions
  3. Act as the first point of contact for key customers and business sector managers
  4. Analyse statistics and compile reports for both customers and business stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with the supply chain to offer suitable alternatives and reduce excess stock holdings
  6. Ensure cost control by minimising year-on-year errors and reporting any unavoidable costs
  7. Create a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the team
  8. Manage and monitor part pallets, offering appropriate solutions to customers

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to compile accurate reports
  6. Proactive and adaptable approach to handle diverse customer needs
