Field Sales Operations Lead Role Overview

Amazon is expanding its Sales Organization, and we are seeking a skilled Field Sales Operations Lead to support our growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and knowledge of business modeling. As a Field Sales Operations Lead, you will work closely with multiple business owners to establish Amazon as the premier cloud provider.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Evaluating and researching various data sets to provide actionable insights
  2. Developing and implementing systems and tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, and forecasting
  3. Defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  2. Experience developing and implementing systems and tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience using Salesforce or BI tools
  2. Experience presenting to senior leadership
