Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage patient medications following appropriate policies and local clinical guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the highest care standards
  • Contribute to clinical governance through audits, peer reviews, and significant event analysis
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medicine)
  • Prescription authority and scope of practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
