About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Coventry. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized care and support services to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  4. Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  5. Support service users in developing their life skills and participating in community activities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant training and qualifications in care and support, including CSTF Mandatory Training, CPI Training, and The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care provision, with a focus on delivering high-quality services that meet individual needs.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a salary of £28,000 per annum, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
