About the Role
As a Support Worker at Senad Community, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver person-centred support, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and other challenges.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and health-related tasks.
- Encourage social interaction, engagement, and participation in activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' dignity and autonomy.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills. Previous experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Benefits
- Welcome bonus of £1,000 for new staff with Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, and £1,500 for those with Level 3 qualification (subject to T's & C's).

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
