Job Overview
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Senad Community in Coventry. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with diverse needs.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team to deliver person-centred support, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and other challenges.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and health-related tasks.
- Encourage social interaction, engagement, and participation in activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' dignity and autonomy.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills. Previous experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
